Here's a good site with many free online computer lessons, including the basics of MS Word '03, and more MS Office programs, as well as MS IE.

You'll also find there a great free online typing tutor. It includes free typing lessons with presentations on the screen. It shows a computer keyboard and teaches you the basics of touch typing.

It has a talking typing teacher, trainning you in her voice to touch type.
