Also, I wonder what excuse if any did they give you when requesting a refund? Did they try to explain and apologise?
Interesting that they just try to rip people off by charging their credit cards, making promisses and actually not giving you anything for your money.
Could you please explain in a nutshel why they wanted to you to do as the "rebate processor job" and what they actually gave you after paying that huge amount?
